This was one of the best books I have read in a while, packed with great dialogue, detailed descriptions, emotion filled - it is all you can ask for. The ending came really quick which I don't know if that is a good thing or bad but either way I enjoyed the book. My favourite character of course was Zachary, deep down I think (SPOILER) the vangel may be Channing, I don't even know it just has a lot of mystery and suspense and drama - when you think one thing is about to happened another thing

*I received an ARC copy in exchange for an honest review*The Ring by Mantissa Creed is the first book in the series Cursed. My hats off to anyone who creates a story purely from their imagination. I applaud the effort. By and large the first half of the book is very slow, but it does pick up in the second half. The story had potential and overall the premise is interesting. However, some serious cutting could have made it a much more enjoyable read.I found myself pushed out of the story by

***I won this book through the First Reads Giveaway program***[May contain spoilers]First of all, let me just say that I applaud anyone who can sit down, write a novel, and have the courage to get it published and send it out into the world, knowing that some people will love it while others will hate it. It takes a very brave person to do that. However, that being said, I didn't really like this book for several reasons. First of all, because I didn't like it that much, I will probably never

Overall, this was an entertaining, if slow, story. I suggest a look inside before taking this one on. If the style suits you, youll love it, if you dont itll be rather a slog, unfortunately I found myself in the second camp even though Im a paranormal fan. A quick look shows the sequel is even longer, so make sure this style suits you before taking a step into Ms Creeds world. The story is set in a world identical to ours in terms of food, clothing and past times, even music, time frames and

A well-written story with an intriguing plot that screams originality. There are vampires, werewolves, angels and special mixes in between called hybrids! Plus others beings. What more can you hope for?!The main character Alex(Lexie), knows that her mother is keeping something important from her. Lexie decides to take it upon herself to find out just what it is and when she does, everything that she once knew about herself, her family and her friends, are changed forever. The characters are all

Has a slow start, I didn't really get into it until Z appears. Interesting concepts and characters, with the "white blood" and such. I am not so sure I like the multiple love interests, and romance relationships, it was really messy. I thought it was quite obvious who is "Vangel". There were tons of clues, but I could be wrong. I am having a hard time to believe S's love for A. I felt he wanted to believe he is in love with A, because he want what Z and M have, or what S think they have. S's
