I've Been Waiting for You by Mary Moriarty is a good read. For me, though, it was too full of characters and difficult for me to connect with the story line. I am a fan of Moriarty, but this one just did not pull me in.My Beloved Vampire Series:- One Thousand Years to Forever (OTYtF) book 1- Ive Been Waiting for You (IBWfY) book 2- Redemption at Midnight (RaM) book 3A SUPER FANGTABULOUS SERIESI have chosen to review this series of 3 books by Mary all in one review as I felt it would make for a better review with no spoilers. So here goes! YOU ARE ONLY A ONE-CLICK AWAY FROM OWNING YOUR OWN COPIES OF THIS FANG-TASTIC SERIES!!!! If you are expecting a sweet romance with a Happily Ever After, then these are not
WOW! Another amazing story!! This is the 2nd book in the series and Sally and Odin's story but it's more than just that, you learn more about the family also. This story I also finished in one sitting, just couldn't put it down it was that great!! There are so many twists and turns that made this story great! You have the characters from the first book and you meet more. The author has you loving everyone, well most of them anyway, she brings them alive to the reader. The book has you laughing,
This book picks up where A Thousand Years To Forever left off. Katherine has 3 children from her first marriage. When problems arose in the first story, the brothers, Thor and Odin, were to protect Sally, Katherine's oldest daughter. Now, Sally is in college and has decided she wants Odin for her mate. I throughly enjoyed the beautiful love story between Sally and Odin. But there are also plenty of other things going on in this novella, including Thor and Olivia, Sally's best friend. Lots of
Young love thats both old and newThis may be the second book of a series but its still a self contained story but reading in order does enhance the books. In fact I read the first two in the wrong order and enjoyed them both. This one does give a little more history of some of the main characters that enhances the story line. You have love, life and death, family as well as enemies both new and old in this story. I said it with my first review on the first book that this is not like any Vampire
This review definitely contains direct quotations and spoilers. These are my reasons for low rating: 1. Writing - often repetitive and monotonous, flogging one particular word or situation to death. " He stood, hands braced on the marble wall, letting the water shower over him. She came up behind him, wrapping her arms around him, letting the water hit both of them as she hugged him, pressing in to him. She trailed kisses on his back, letting her hands slide down his side and to his front,
Even better then the first book. And if it wasn't midnight I'd start book 3 now. Love that we keep with the main theme and just add to it. Tomorrow can't come fast enough!
