Interpretation Concering Books Once Upon a Blind Date
Overall, the book is well written and has a cute plot. It's a bit corny at times, with the characters talking about love after 5 minutes of meeting and annoying at times, with them constantly trying to convince themselves they're all wrong for each other.Part of me likes the characters and another part doesn't. Maggie can get annoying really fast. And I don't quite buy the my best friend is of the opposite sex and neither of us feels any attraction towards the other bit.
But the book is an easy read, especially if you're looking for a predictable, fun little story.

I liked this story. It's basically a story of opposites attracting. However, Wendy is such a good writer it doesn't get boring or cliche. There is also a good deal of comedy sprinkled through. The bedroom scenes were not all that steamy so if that's what you look for, you'll be disappointed.Overall, a great read.Fun book to read. The story takes place in NYC. Two friends want their friends to settle down even though they aren't settled down themselves.
A great beach/pool read!

I just don't understand why this was written in present tense. In the end I almost started to get used to it but it was still annoying. There were some cute moments in this book, but Charlie and Maggie were both too stubborn for me.
