this cover is so ugly i want to cry

Guys, you know how much I love Kenji, but this novella was kind of a mess. I understand that not everyone can be "happy" and "put together" all the time, but it was like his personality completely changed - even others noticed. I mean, I care about him, and I want to read about him in different states - sad, happy, excited, terrified, and Mafi wrote all of the emotions perfectly, but I felt like she didn't write them "for him", if that makes sense. I couldn't connect this person with Kenji. Idk

I LOVE LOVE LOVE being in Kenjis head!! But this one was a little different. I worry about my Kenji. This was a little mysterious, a little worrisome and a whole lot of GREAT to be back in this world!! Im being vague because how do you review a little novella without giving to much away. But it was enough of a tease to make me want IMAGINE ME, the LAST book in the series!!! I need it now!!!!!

tbh this is the reason why i wanna hurry up & read shatter me bc i am 100% ready to give my ALL for kenji

This was a step above the last Kenji novella but not by much. I can honestly say I'm happy the next book is the last one because this series is going downhill more and more with each book. Blog | Twitter

sometimes i wish i had amnesia so i could forget that this series exists
