I read this book short after Io Uccido. Because I was positive surprised about the first book of an author I knew in different role and situation, I was expecting a little more. Faletti in my opinion did not really improve his style that remains a little too ordinary, probably concentrating more on the protagonists, the surrounding and the plot. All together the book reminds me more of the translation of an american thriller, than not an italian one. A little too "easy". At the end of the day, a

Wasn't as good as 'I kill', but was still a good read. Can't wait for the next book.

This might be my least favorite Faletti so far. I am God dragged a little, but this one never really got me into it in the first place. Maybe the killer's POV is too important in Faletti's kind of storytelling, because I just did not connect with this book. The characters were so-so, the killer wasn't even remotely interesting (though slightly unexpected) and the hermaphrodite thing was just pointless. Or for shock value, or something else I just do not comprehend. The premise sounded good

Excellent thriller. Captivating and touching.

I kind of really hated this one.I went into it thinking it would be some interesting crime murder mystery thing grounded in reality and what I got was some off beat urban fantasy thing that was trying to pass itself off as being grounded in reality.SPOILER ALERT 🚨 I have also never been more convinced that anything was written by a man who had no clue about anything. There's a murder/rape scene and the murder is brought up numerous times but never the rape. And like two chapters later, the
