Interpretation Concering Books The Hunted (The Secret Enemy Saga #2)

The city of New Orleans has more than hurricanes to worry about in this fast paced and exciting paranormal mystery. The Couton have found the city and have taken it for their own. Now it is up to Tegrin and Kristina to rid the famous city of its new inhabitants before the body count rises.

“Are not all legends based on a truth? She is here. She has been born of the blood from both worlds but has been hidden from her true calling. We can feel her magic. It pushes at us from beyond the veil Priestess, and as for the assassin, his weakness is the one he is sworn to protect. They walk as one.”

“Then that is what will destroy them both.”
Joey looked around the room. Who was she talking to? They were alone. She was crazy, more crazy than Billy. A list of horror movies raced through his mind at lightning speed; replacing his anger with an emotion he thought had died long ago, fear.

She leaned back over Joey, grasping the arms of the chair for support. He turned his face away from hers, fear filling his eyes. Tears ran down his face and soaked into the collar of his shirt. She straddled him again and turned his face towards her, stroking his cheek gently.

“Now, now bodyguard. Don’t be afraid. Let’s finish this.”

Article Of Books The Hunted (The Secret Enemy Saga #2)
The second book of the Secret Enemy Saga, The Hunted, is a very intriguing story about a quest to stop the Couton from taking over the city. I really love the characters, their personalities, and how they overcome obstacles on their journey to protect our world. This book is a very quick read and is very hard to put down. I love to read stories of murder, mystery, and suspense as well as romance, and this book combines all of that into one amazing book.

New Orleans better watch out, there is a new threat and it isn't the weather. The Couton have made their way to the city and are making themselves at home. And it is up to Tegin and Kristina, along with their friends, Sissy and Jimmy, to rid the famous city of its newest members before the body count rises.Review: This is book 2 in The Secret Enemy Saga. This is a fast paced, paranormal mystery, centered on the Couton and those hunting them, Tegrin and Kristina. In this book, they are helped by

To me, this book read a lot easier than the first one. Although, had I not read the first one, I would have no clue what was happening. There's not a lot of back story to catch everyone up to speed. The story certainly flowed better. The writing felt cleaner. The plot began sooner, instead of dragging on. The characters felt a little better as well. This certainly was a better read than the first. It was great seeing where Tegrin and Kristina moved on from the first book. If you can get through

This book was just as good as the first.Virginia McKevitt know how to write a story. she keep my attention from cover to cover. i would recommend this book to anyone who likes a good story and one that you will read over and over again.

Virginia McKevitt is now in my Favorite Author list, and there aren't many there since I'm not one for being a fan of any human being... animals maybe, but never a human LOL!In this book Virginia continues the adventure of Kritsina, Tegrin, Sissy and Jimmy, of course with Bo with them all along... I wouldn't love this book as much without that dog!!I got to travel in my mind again, find powers unknown and even learned how to best hide a corpse. The author has used such wonderful descriptions and

Just finished Book 2 of the Fracture series by Virginia McKevitt. I must say that I LOVED this book and how evolved the characters were from Fracture. Although I am not a fan of backtracking in books to retell a story to describe what has already happened - I thought the retelling of a tale was smoothly done.My hopes that Jimmy and Sissy's story became more evolved was done very nicely but still left me wanting more - especially Sissy's story! Hoping that there is another story with the two of

"The Battle against the Couton cont.!"This book is an amazing Fantasy/si-fi Parallel Universe story!. The Characters are incredible. In book one we met Tigrin a sexy Assassin from Patwain a Parallel Universe from Earth. He was sent to Earth to stop the Couton. Tegrin and three Human's was able to stop the Couton at that time, But now they are back and even their Priestess is with them. When Tegrin was on Earth before he found one of the humans Kristina was half seer from Patwain. Tegrin took
