Discuss Epithetical Books The Selection Series Collection (The Selection #1-3, 0.5, 2.5)
Technically, I didnt finish all 5 books in this collection...I had to stop after the main trilogy was done. I appreciate that, as a woman in her thirties, I am not the target audience of this book. Generally, I love YA, but this series stretched my patience. There was always just enough of interest in the plot to keep me reading, but it was simply too much for me. I disliked the heroine, the hero, and most of the other characters nearly the whole time. I hoped Id find someone to like by the end,

wonderful writing, but the characters can be frustating

America is a shallow gold digger and the King a weakling! I did not enjoy this series.

Ok I guessDid I really pay money for this.I hesitated when I saw there was no Kindle Unlimited option for the first book so I thought what the hey I will get the collection, it will be cheaper if I like the first book right.Big mistake. The first book is good enough for me to stay up to finish it but the 2 books after is time in my life I will never get back.Book 2 is all about the love triangle and people it is bad (read some of the detailed reviews elsewhere, there is an awesome one on
