A fun, humorous read. I really liked the life lessons presented in this book.I'm going through older self help books I bought myself. This one has good advice but is getting dated.
Mindy Morgenstern is a television writer and producer. She has written for dozens of television shows, including The Journey of Allen Strange, Even Stevens, and All About Us. She lives in Los Angeles.
This book can be read in one sitting and it is hilarious. It really would be perfect for a daughter or niece in the 14-17 year old range. It looks old-fashioned with the 50's-60's style photos, but it is chock full of real life lessons about boys, periods, sucky jobs, etc.
