The writing was fine, the story... not so much, but then I'm not a insta-love kind of reader either.DNF 71%I literally read this with only one rating on GRs. It must have been Amazon that had 12 ratings that just so happened to be rated as 5 stars.Let's get something straight...I'm completely (when I say completely, I mean fucking completely) down with a gay erotic sexual awakening book...completely.BUT...With that warning or whatever it was on the blurb, I expected down and dirty raunchy butt licking and ass fucking (which was all there) NOT all of that PLUS insta love (1 day people...1 DAY).~ I was allowed to read this book for free in exchange for an honest review.When i read the summary of the book I pictured some cliche angst and maybe some sex between the roommates. This isn't necessarily a turn off for me, but I wasn't quite sold on whether to read this or not till I read the spoilers the author provided for the don't buy my love program. The blurb does not lie, this is a hot first love story. An innocent Jayden is guided by a very experienced Levi. The attraction starts as soon as they meet and quickly develops into more.With hormone driven young men, it's going to happen fast and their feelings changes from insta affection to lust and then love. This is a good fantasy driven amusing story. Hope there is more from the Brotherhood, I wonder what Clark and Scott get up to in the mansion.

I enjoyed this story which nicely wove together two lovable MCs with hot encounters. The contrast between Levi, who is experienced, and Jayden, who is not only inexperienced but also has not yet recognized his own sexuality, makes for a sweet path toward romance. This story contains easy to fall for main characters and a cast of interesting side characters as well. The Brotherhood is creative and would make for some possible future stories.
I received this book for free in return for an honest review via the Goodreads Don't Buy My Love program.I quite liked this story, although I found it unrealistic with both the actions and the time frame(view spoiler)[ it happens over one/one and a half weeks, and one of the characters is unconscious for 3-4 days (hide spoiler)] Jayden meets his new roommate as soon as he arrives at college. Levi has over packed for college and great fully accepts a "hot" strangers help. The boys hit it off
